Stay was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, so many options. Looks dated from outside of building but rooms are clean and comfortable. Close to most attractions. Taxi stand across street. Staff was very helpful. I would stay here again.

I am so pleased with our decision to stay at the Melia Sevilla! A beautiful hotel with great views, the location was perfect for us - within walking distance to nearly everything, but far enough away that it was quiet in the room and we were able to sleep restfully. The staff is attentive and helpful, and the luggage storage service gave us peace of mind as we had to check out well before our evening flight. We were even treated to a lovely surprise in our room upon arrival for our anniversary! The style and amenities are above and beyond and Melia Sevilla. A few cons - while the location is great for a lot of things, it can be a 30-45 minute walk to some of the more northerly places to visit in the city or across the river. It's also an older hotel, so while our room was great, some of the common areas had a musty smell to them. Overall, still very pleased with the Melia Sevilla experience. Would recommend.

This hotel will do in a pinch for a night or two, but certainly not very comfortable and quite basic. This seems like an older property that they have been trying to upgrade, but it is still lacking. Two elevators of four were boarded up and I imagine this could be a problem in busy times. There seemed to be a lot of bus tour people. Front desk staff were helpful.
I believe I had a newly redone room, and beds were very good. But still hard floors with no carpets. Not much in the way of lamps. Windows are still old and allow a lot of noise from the nearby streets on all sides and housing/apartment blocks. Towels thin and not much place to hang them! When we asked for an electric water kettle we were told it was usually only for a higher level of room (and we did not pay for the lowest level of room), but they did provide. However, they did not bring cups, so had to ask for that as well. I feel it is not cost them much to provide a water kettle and cups in the room!
Location is ok, not too terribly far from the main attractions (Alcazar, Cathedral) and pedestrian area, but despite what the hotel tells you, it is a bit too far to walk (25 minutes at the least) and then walk some more once you get to the tourist area. It is a 10 minute or so walk to a stop for the street car which is convenient, but it only goes a few more stops into "downtown" tourist areas, so limited reach. Not much else practical around the hotel.

Terrible hotel! The bathroom in the room had cockroaches and the reception said that this is normal! The hotel is old and the rooms are small and completely out of standard! The television doesn't work and the air conditioning doesn't work either! I'll repeat this to make it clear to everyone reading this, I killed a cockroach when I got out of the shower, in other words, the hotel is dirty! And the reception said that this is normal! The building is old and has a maze to get to the parking lot, and you have to go through the rain to get to your room! I'll never go near a Melia again!

We enjoyed a fabulous stay in the Level in this beautifully presented hotel in Seville.
We enjoyed excellent food and found the hotel extremely comfortable with friendly and very helpful staff.
The location of the hotel worked perfectly for us with Seville Santa Justa train station nearby and the metro being a short distance away offering an easy transport link to the city centre.
The hotel is beautifully furnished, warm and welcoming..at the end of my stay I unfortunately fell ill and the staff helped my husband rearrange our travel plans and accommodated us until I was able to travel again.
Many thanks to all we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend and hope to return.
