This is a lovely little place, originally the family home of the owners which they've now divided into rented apartments. It retains the personal touch with lots of pictures, books etc. which make it feel very homely. We found it very comfortable for staying in. The wi-fi is a bit patchy so you might struggle to do anything too demanding, but it wasn't too bad for limited internet use.
The location for the Alhambra couldn't be much better. Just a 10 minute walk up the hill and down the other side to the Gate of Justice and you're in (as long as you've picked up your ticket in advance). There's a 5 minute walk to the nearest parts of town (including a nice Plaza with a green, playground and several tapas bars) although it takes a bit longer to get to the other main "tourist" areas in the Albaicin. To be honest though that's not a bad thing, because it was really busy and noisy down there and it was nice to return to our oasis of calm.
The owners were helpful and responded to our queries well. The (paid) parking is not far away and, while reasonably tight to get into, was not as difficult as one we had in Seville! The drive to/past the apartment itself is fine if you follow the owner's instructions (don't follow SatNav!), although the streets are very narrow (which you soon get used to).
The apartment is on a steep hill, so it won't be for you if you have mobility problems, but otherwise it'll help you work off your tapas!
