The welcome from Oscar was very friendly. He was informative in presenting the flat, and giving information about the local area. The flat was spotlessly clean; it is used permanently as a rental flat, so there are no compromises on having to be in someone else's home. It was really comfortable throughout, from the sofa to the bed, plentiful towels and extra pillows, and with effective air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. We really could not have wanted for anything more. The only thing to say is that it is darker inside the flat, but this reflects the custom to block out the light, and was due to its being on the ground floor, and it facing in to light wells in the building. However this was not a problem. The location is superb; the apartment's central location, and the size of Granada, means we could reach everywhere we wanted to go on foot, and we found a fantastic circular Ruta de Tapas within 10 minutes walk, starting with Los Toneles immediately outside the apartment. If we were returning to Granada we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
Extremely well located for everything in Gradana. Well furnished and next door to a great market. Although it is very central there is very little road noise and the block is also quiet. It's an ideal base for a Granada trip
Lovely, central apartment in the old part of Granada, Oscar met us and showed us round the apartment and recommended a local restaurant. The apartment was clean and well equipped.
Perfect for a couple, you don't need a car as everything is within easy access.

This is a lovely apartment in a truly perfect location. The Cathedral is a stone's throw away. The bus to the Alhambra is less than a 5 minute walk. A lift is available, which is always a plus. Clean, comfortable...highly recommend!
Take the SN1 bus from the Bus Station to the Cathedral and you are a couple of minutes from the apartment. It is that close to everything. The location cannot be faulted, yet it is not noisy. Behind the Cathedral is Bib-Rambla, a huge square full of restaurants, as are all the streets around. Right by the silk market. Of all the six towns/cities we visited in Andalucia, this was the best positioned.
The apartment was adequate. It had everything you would want for a stay, including a washing machine and outdoor drying space. The double bed just fitted into the space provided. Had it been better positioned, the two of us could have accessed it easier. We were pleased that the owner came again at the end of the visit, as well as to guide us round the property.
