We stumbled upon this hotel while wandering the streets of Granada and saw their gift shop from the street window. It was obvious that the Gift Store had some higher end products so we wondered in and found a few wonderful gifts at very good prices.

This is a brilliantly welcoming hotel from the moment you walk through the door.
The staff are very helpful and courteous - a big plus in any hotel.
The rooms were comfortable and we had access to anything we needed.
The location is superb - just off a main thoroughfare - but always quiet.
The hotel is on a hill (not too cumbersome to walk) but all along it are artesan shops and quirky little places to pick up some lovely gifts. There's a guitar shop too and in the sweet shop across the road, the guy in the shop played jazz on his trumpet.
10 out of 10 to staff.
9 out of 10 for hotel.
Thanks again!

Great location on a side street off the main plaza. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Nice to have access to tea and coffee 24/7. Elevator helpful to move luggage. Driving directions difficult to follow, but we eventually arrived!

Very inaccessable by car and definitely not 0.5 km from La Alhambra as advertised. It was a 15 minute taxi drive away. Central location. Very nice, friendly, informative and helpful staff. Free tea and coffee all day. Comfortable room with aurconditioning on when we arrived.

Dear Guest,
Thank you very much for your opinion. We are very grateful for your opinion about our Staff, which is very important to us, as they constitute one of our best assets.
According to the access by car we immediately send the access to arrive at Granada City Center and at our hotel when some of client make a reservation,we do not agree with your comment about our distance to the Alhambra precisely because it is one of the positive qualities that characterizes us, the Alhambra is a 15-minute walk away so by car it is usually less unless the taxi an unnecessary tour.
We really hope we can host you again in your next visit to our city.
Kindest regards,

Very awkward and exhausting to find. Quite different to what I expected, the outside patio/terrace was unpleasant with substantial uilding works going on adjacent.
Staff pleasant and helpful, room clean but small, breakfast basic but adequate.
The hotel did the job for 2 nights but I wouldn't have liked to stay any longer.

Dear Guest,
Thank you for your opinion. We regret that the hotel has not met your travel expectations
Regarding the works, it is true we are expanding and reclassifying stars and with this we want to solve the complaints and satisfy the needs of our customers. During his stay it is the phase that had the most noise due to the machine that they had to use and we regret the inconvenience.
Regarding the size of some of our rooms, we would like to inform you that our hotel is a nineteenth century building, located in a protected area of the city (near the Alhambra). To restore it, we had to respect areas and original dimensions and adapt our rooms and facilities to the regulations of the City Council.
We are very grateful for your opinion about our Staff, which is very important to us, as they constitute one of our best assets and we also are grateful for your words about cleaning.
Kindest regards,
