“Location Location!”

Am choosing to leave a review because the previous ones left by other guests really helped me when deciding to book this accommodation! Basically the location couldn't be better, towards the top of the charming Old Town, set in a picturesque street, but within easy reach of the beach. We loved strolling around the area during the evening, but deciding which of the many tempting restaurants to eat in was a huge problem!! The 1hr40 min coastal walk to Puerto Banus is a must (if, like us you enjoy walking) - and the well earned ferry back a real treat, and well worth 8 euros pp!! As for the accommodation, I agree with other reviews - the beds are so comfortable, with decent a/c in both bedrooms. The whole house is very stylish, modern, clean and cool, wifi being the big plus for our teenage children! Remember to pack Nespresso coffee pods;)

“First class accommodation”

This house has all you want for a relaxing holiday. It is close to bars, restautants and sea front. The supermarket is conveniently near by and the owner even provides a very essential shopping trolley! We loved the roof terrace and were grateful for the sun canopy. Comfortable beds, a rarity in rental properties. Marbella is great for both beach lovers and for walkers. The stroll to Puerto Banus is worth the effort and then enjoy the ferry ride back. Certainly you will not find a better place to stay.

“Clean, spacious, airconditioned, and child friendly house”
Reviewed 18 January 2014 for a stay in August 2013

My sister, my nephew (Aged 4) and I stayed here for one week and would definitely recommend it! It was so so clean, which you notice the minute you step in the door. Kitchen was fully equipment, so we often made meals and ate in the shaded courtyard. As it's up a lovely pedestrian laneway, there was no traffic noise, so every one enjoyed a good nights sleep! The roof top terrace was so peaceful, great for a sneaky hour of sunshine/nap/to read a book.

As for the amenities, everything is at your doorstep, including supermarkets, restaurants and beach, which was perfect for my nephew! As its in the old town, the area is so picturesque, and no package holiday apartments to be seen :)

Will definitely be recommending it to my friends with kids, and I'm already planning a
a girly holiday for this year :)
