A modern, well equipped city centre hotel, this hotel is within walking distance (even in the heat) from the station and into the old town however in the budget price bracket - quite a find! Decent views from the rooftop bar / pool terrace and prices which didn't make you want to find a local bar, combine this with live open air music (roof) not to mention well equipped bedrooms (with tea / coffee and mini bar), you just can't go wrong.

Spent a long weekend here. Lovely, helpful reception staff. Nice room with large bathroom although the hand soap was empty for 2 days & we had to ask for it to be refilled. Air con was very effective but got a wee bit too cold at night. Free soft drinks in the fridge were a nice touch.
Roof top terrace pool & bar great but need to be early to get a sun lounger at the pool. Live music & lovely views over the town at night.
Great location & would highly recommend.

Good points: spotlessly clean, very well situated hotel near the historic part of the city. All staff extremely helpful and polite, lovely roof-top bar.
Bad points: This is not a hotel to visit if you mainly want to soak up the sun and swim! The swimming pool is tiny and there are perhaps 15-20 sun beds which is a ridiculously small number given the size of the hotel! Also the rooms are tiny and quite dark (although they are nicely decorated and the bathrooms are beautiful!)

Dear Breakfast Guest,
Grateful for his comments, saying that this is a hotel with a prime location with the terrace trying to give an extra service which all other downtown hotels have. I am sorry that the size is not to your liking.
We look forward to your next visit to Malaga.

regards

We stayed for 5 nights recently. The hotel was very central, within walking distance of Cathedral, Port, shops, bars etc. The room was large and beds very comfortable. Air conditioning was fab! The rooftop bar was very pleasant and staff were friendly and competent. Only grip is that the 'swimming pool' was much too small both in area and depth to be called such!
