This is a nice hotel in a great location.Looking on to the beach and still very near the airport. The rooms were big and very clean. We had lovely sea view from our balcony. The staff were really friendly and very helpfull. The food is what really lets this hotel down. Its very expensive and everthing we tryed was just awfull. We were for 4 days on a breakfast.Lunch and dinner package. We eat here on the first day of our stay and we dine out for the next 3 days.

Room Tip: room 427 has a great sea view

Average hotel with very nice reception area but outdated and worn rooms in need of refurb. Cheap pine furniture and beds, bathroom suite patched up with silicone .
Good location for airport but hard to see how this can compete otherwise with so many good quality hotels available nearby in Malaga or even Torremelinos.
Not worthy of 4 star rating in my opinion - 3 star at best.
Wouldn't stay there again.

We have just returned from a lovely week in this hotel.
Check-in: we arrived before published check-in-time but the lady at reception welcomed us, checked us in, even noticed it was our son's birthday, and congratulated him. By check-in time we were by the pool.
Rooms: We had two rooms on the same floor facing different sides on the 7th floor. Both rooms were clean and well presented. Equipped with kettle and cups, minibar, TV, iron & ironing board & hairdryer. One room had the view along the coast to Torremolinos the other along the coast to Malaga City, both were good views. Rooms were serviced daily. Bathrooms were provided with the usual complimentary essentials and dispensers for soap and shower gel.
Dinning: We were on half-board. The breakfasts were very good with good choice. Dinner was good too but we felt the choice a little limited, particularly compared to similar rated hotels we have stayed in recently, but no problem with the quality, particularly the cooked-to-order section.Bar: Friendly service at the bar, the only problem being that the food ordered there (such as a snack at lunch-time) had to be eaten indoors in the bar and couldn't be taken out even to bar's own terrace. A limited choice of bar food but again good quality.
Staff: all the staff were friendly and courteous, always with a smile.
Situation: The hotel is in a mainly residential area, a lovely short promenade to the front, but nothing much around in terms of shops and bars. This suited us fine as we wanted a quiet week. There are two beach bar restaurants on the front which seemed very popular. In the immediate area there were a coulee of little cafes for the locals tucked away in the streets. The only shop was a small 'supermercado' about 300 yards down the road opposite the hotel entrance. Not a tourist shop but had a good range of most things, but does keep siesta hours
There is a nature reserve to the East of the hotel which was a great place for a quiet walk.
Transport: to get into town (or elsewhere) there is a bus stop immediately outside the hotel with a regular service. There are always a few taxis waiting outside the hotel, who offer a good service into town for €15.

The hotel also has a small shop by reception. There are also vending machines on ever other floor offering chilled soft drinks and snacks. Also a coffee vending machine on the ground floor by the lifts, and an ice-cream vending machine near the door to the pool. These is also a pharmacy vending machine.

Towels for use at the pool are available from the Gym desk.
We had a very happy and comfortable week here. Many use it just for a night as it is convenient to the airport, others stay for longer.
We would happily return.

I stayed with my husband 9 days Oct 2017
Beautiful place just on the beach
The staff were very sweet and friendly
Breakfast was great with lots of variety. The hotel has a big outdoor and indoor pool
The rooms were very clean.
The only draw back that it was away from downtown Malaga. There is a bus outside the hotel that runs every 35 min and takes 35 min to get to the city center
There are two private restaurants on the beach that they serve awesome grilled seafood

I spent 5 nights at this hotel on a room only basis. The hotel is in a quite residential area , on the beach, near a supermarket and a couple of restaurants and cafes . The bus stop into Malaga is just outside the hotel so it is very convenient to travel into the city and enjoy all the museums , shops and historical centre. All the communal areas are bright and the pool is lovely . My room was adequately furnished and had a large balcony and bathroom. Reception staff were polite and helpful and the cleaning staff did a wonderful job. The bar staff were very courteous and efficient , in particular , Manolo , who is a real asset to the hotel.
The only fly in the ointment was the head waiter/ restaurant manager who had no people skills and was , in fact , rude and the food was unpleasant. I ate in the buffet restaurant one evening and the food was lukewarm and tasteless and my one lunch in the Bar Picasso was extremely disappointing and overpriced. Luckily there was a great little cafe very close to the hotel for breakfast ( which was excellent ) : Cafe Las Ninas on the Calle Rogelio Oliva and a very good chiringuito on the beach which served great lunches and dinners : Chiringuito Servantes. Despite these issues I would still recommend this hotel for a short stay.
