A very comfortable well laid-out apartment with fresh modern decor, bedding, sheets and towels. Large range of basic foods,(including a welcoming display of oranges and a supply of bread), domestic equipment and materials, and quiet air conditioning/heating.
Eleanor is very helpful and friendly and has offerered us an early lift to airport.
Malaga is a very interesting relaxed town with all kinds of attractions, and it's been easy to explore it on foot.
Whilst it is generally an extremely quiet apartment, it is necessary to bear in mind that bedtimes here are later than in U.K.,and occasionally late night conversations can be overheard.
Whilst the view is limited, the sky can be glimpsed and the brightness within makes up for it well. However, even with these slight negatives the apartment/experience deserves 5 stars.
This place was great. It is small, but well laid out and has everything you need. The lovely warm and welcoming Elena met us and had secured a parking space for us in the street, which was a relief at 2.30am in the morning!! Her apartment has a large double bed with a good memory foam type mattress, a bath/ shower, good storage space, an incredibly well equipped kitchen. There is no view, but for us the fact that it looked out over a small quiet courtyard made up for it. Right in the city centre and you have practical silence - bliss! Everything was spotless and felt new. She even had food there for us to keep us going until we got to the shop (around the corner, very handy). You won't need to bring or buy things like washing up liquid or powder, salt, pepper, oil, tea towels, toiletries - everything is provided. There are maps and leaflet and books, and she can answer any questions you may have being a proper Malaga resident. She even sent a little text message two days in to check that we had everything we needed - sweet. Everything is in walking distance you won't need taxi money unless you are exploring outside the city (which you should). We did find that parking was an issue, that is really the only negative that I can find to write. There is a lift if you have mobility issues - the shower might be a bit tricky if you do though. And there isn't space for a wheelchair to get from the bedroom to the ensuite. But if you are fully mobile - do it! We were so impressed, really.
