We were a group walking up. Please note it is in parts steep With a lot of stairs. But it is easy access With a lift. Part of the restaurant has fantastic views, try to get a table here. The food and service was good.

Stopped here to relax and quench our thirst. Amazingly impressed with the location. Prompt, polite, and friendly service. Breathtaking views. We'll partake of menu options during our next visit, which will be soon.

This restaurant has a superb situation in an impressive building beside the castle, overlooking the town. A taxi is recommended, as the climb from the lower Old Town is only partly reduced by a public lift! The restaurant was busy on a Friday evening and we were glad we had booked ahead. Service was friendly and efficient and the trout and sauerbraten (pot roast beef) were beautifully cooked and presented. A sorbet, local cheese and a Meissen wine completed a most enjoyable meal.
