Having one hour to wait and being hungry, I decided to try out Buono. Situated in the center, at one end of the pedestrian zone, is a little modern pizza bar - restaurant. Mostly tables stay on the big windows that are the main
°wall° but there are some places a bit more inside where you can have a bit more intimacy from the street view.
Personal nice, service fast. I choose a pizza as italian food offering out of Italy is always a risk. The offer wasn't crazy big but enough to satisfy most people. Not bad, ingredients fresh, only the pizza itself was to soft due a lot of ingredients that made her a bit wet. Higher cooking temperature could be advised to correct the problem. All together average food for average money. A minus when they advertise a pizza as with Parma ham and then they use San Daniele.. About the rest of the offer, will return there to see.
