The hotel is located within the train station building.
Practical for those that travel by train.
Down town can be reached by walking.
The morning breakfast is well served and has a good variety of bread, eggs, cheese, bacon.

Stayed: April 2017
Thank Manuel P

I stayed two night while working on the Boatshow. I do think it was overpriced due to the Boatshow being on and I find the breakfast too expensive as it is 11.00 euros, apart from that I had a lovely stay and the Staff are lovely and very helpful

Perfect hotel for trade shows as it connects with Düsseldorf trade show perfectly. Having all the shops of the train station around is super handy and its only 3 stops to Heinrich Heine Allee where the Altstadt begins.
Rooms are nice and quiet, breakfast good though not included and at 11 EUR a bit pricey.
The bathroom is small and didn't get cleaned every day properly. The soap is one of these all-in-one-clean-none type things, so bring soap and shampoo.
The most ridiculous thing is laundry, no laundry bags, you need to sort out your dirty undies at the reception. And now the banger - each piece of underwear costs 4.50 EUR!!! Ibis - from hero to zero.

Location is excellent and is a short walk to shopping and any restaurant. Decor is fine and although somewhat basic it is a good hotel. The staff are friendly and check in and out was a breeze.i have stayed before and would return. I am a heavy sleeper and i was not disturbed but the fact it is part of the train station, my travelling companion was not as lucky but he was on a different floor.
