I had makizushi deeply fried like tempura, served with some heavy sauce and sweet soya sauce. In my opinion, it is more like "sushi snack" rather than sushi. Somehow if anything is fried and served with heavy sauce, it will lose its delicacy but the taste-wise it was not bad anyway. My husband had a tuna steak and it was very good. We liked the atmosphere, the environment where it is located. We plan to go back for seasonal Ente (duck) soon.
