In general, this is a good hotel. The location is excellent and the facilities are clean. However, please be aware of a few facts: the elevator does not go to the top floor of the hotel, so if you have physical limitations and a heavy suitcase, you may want to contact the hotel at the time of booking to ensure a room on a floor with elevator access. With only one employee in the hotel at check-in, it is awkward to ask for assistance lugging the suitcase up to the top floor.
Most of the rooms are clustered around the elevator, so if you are a light sleeper, this is not the ideal hotel for you because the elevator and guests are loud enough to be heard in the rooms. Doors slam because they are not adjusted to be able to close quietly, and business travelers get up starting at 5am, along with their slamming room doors.
There are limited healthy choices at breakfast- no lactose free milk or oatmeal, etc. The staff stated that guests may request lactose free milk before they arrive at the hotel.More
