It was a couple of years since my last stay here. I arrived mid evening and had a long wait to check in as there were only two of the desks staffed and a flight crew were dominating proceedings - a drink was offered, but I would personally have prefered that staff member to processing checkins and not acting as mine host.
The room was generally OK, but the bathroom had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke, something unacceptable in my view in this day and age. I went to tell reception, but again, there were long queues, I therefore tried to use the Radisson Blu app (which is actually quite good) to notify reception, but got no response.
I slept fairly well.
On checkout I mentioned the smoke issue, they made note, but not sure it was taken that seriously. My guess is that the smoke was coming via the bathroom ventilation system from an adjoining room.More
