We stayed for 1 week in this nice and clean apartment. Our host Sabine G. was very helpful and sweetest, friendliest person! She was so kind and took the time to explain to us how to use the public transit system and where to find good restaurants, grocery stores etc. and where to buy transit tickets. Thanks to this nice lady we had a good start and enjoyed our stay from the first to the last day. The location of the apartment is in a nice quiet family friendly area with a 5 minute walk to the tram. From there we got easiely to all the important sights all over Berlin.
We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of June and found it to be an excellent base from which to explore Berlin, being as it's only a 2 minute walk from the tram stop. The apartment is small but comfortable and has everything you need, although we did eat out every night so didn't really use the kitchen, and the neighbourhood is very quiet. Sabine is an excellent host, very friendly, always on hand with tips and advice and very good at making sure we had all the information we needed to find our way round. We had a great time in Berlin, even with their worst rain in over 100 years! Thank you Sabine.
The apartment (ground floor) is situated in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Linden trees along the roads.
Children playground around the corner. Several restaurants, bakeries and supermarket in the vicinity ( 5 minutes walking) . Convenient public transport with metro tram M4 or 5 to the Alexanderplatz. Pleasant welcome by mrs. Schulze.
The apartment has a bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, a sleeping room with 2 single beds and a livingroom with 2 sofas which can be used as beds.
TV and wifi available.
Comfy apartment in a lovely, family neighborhood (playground 1/2 block away), close to shops and Berlin's excellent public transportation. The M4 train takes you to most main attractions easily in 15 minutes, and runs very frequently. Sabine, the warm and friendly host, met us at the apartment, answered all our questions and left us a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. She also sent us a list of places to visit and very helpful info about buying transportation system passes and museum passes. Spotless apartment with two comfy pull out sofas as well as a bedroom with two beds.
The owner Sabine, is the sweetest! Checking in was a breeze and she greeted us when we arrived to make sure we have everything we need and all her information was very helpful. Sabine welcome us with red wine and fruits, that surprise us. The apartment is very comfortable and we have all that we need for our stay one weekend in Berlin. Only the WFI connection should be better.
We visit the Branderburgen gate and of course the Berliner wall, that must everyone should see.
Amazing experience and highly recommended!! Thanks from Iceland
