First, the hotel is centrally located at Postdammer Platz and good access to buses, S-bahn and U-bahn. There is a little shopping mall right across with the usual high street brands.
I like the art decoration at the lift lobby and the zen garden. The lobby is not as beautiful as the rooms and the public area of each floor.
The room design is tasteful and modern. I was staying in a standard room, and it is a room at the corner. The room is TRIANGULAR in shape. So beware. I am fine with it, but certainly some people might not like the idea. The bed (as seen from my pic) is parallel to the windows. While you can close all curtains, again, some people might not like this. Windows can be opened, so guests can get some fresh air.
The size of the room is comparatively small but its bathroom is relatively big. Amenities are from Canada and look and feel really good.
Breakfast is not so bad, but is not as good as it could be. It can be better.
Lastly, there are beggars outside. When I stayed there, a lady around 50s standing outside the entrance asked me for money for buying prescription. Not annoying and she was polite, but just something that guests should bear in mind.More
