I stayed here for two nights. When we got back from our second day out, we discovered housekeeping had not come by. We called to ask for towels and the man at the front desk brought them up. Soon after we realized we were out of toilet paper so we called again and the same man came up with the toilet paper and let us know that it was our fault that we did not ask housekeeping earlier to bring toilet paper to our room.. We asked if it was our fault that housekeeping did not do their job by not refilling the towels and toilet paper in the first place and he said yes.. I don't know if this man was the owner but I think it was incredibly rude how he did not even apologize for housekeeping not coming by and he blamed the situation on us..
On top of all of that.. The first room we entered smelled weird, the restrooms are tiny, the hotel room key is super heavy (it wasn't a card), and the breakfast that did not have a big variety was expensive. This hotel is not a 4-star, but at most 3-star hotel. It is also far away from the city center.
