It is a very nice and calm place, in a very good location (near to city highway and metro station). Rooms are clean but also showing their age. Restaurant in the hotel serves traditional German cousine. Also nice place in the front of lake to drink great beer :)

Stayed in the Rheinsberg with the family over the weekend. Reservation was made by phone 2 days before arrival and was smooth. As we were with one toddler and one infant, they gave us a corner room which was nice. Room was facing the lake, internet connection was fast and esaily established. Bathroom was clean and functional, though personally had a feel like a bathroom in a hospital which however was no problem at all.
Breakfast buffet was great with big selection.
Staff was always very friendly and attentive.
What is nice is that the bus stops right in front of the hotel, connecting you to the vast subway network in a mere three stops.

Stayed here only one night on a road trip in Germany. We arrived late and departed early. Hotel is clean but definitely show age in hallways, room and bathroom. No AC.

Breakfast buffet was ok.

Hotel information stated in free parking, but the parking space is fairly limited on the property, so ended up parking on the street.

Very clean and organized hotel, well located and the staff is very polite and friendly. Not near from Berlin downtown but you can easily reach there by a lot of options of buses and subways (U-Bahn) available. Actually there is a bus stop just across the street with buses every 5 minutes. The options for dinner are awesome and the breakfast is great.

I stayed here for two nights. When we got back from our second day out, we discovered housekeeping had not come by. We called to ask for towels and the man at the front desk brought them up. Soon after we realized we were out of toilet paper so we called again and the same man came up with the toilet paper and let us know that it was our fault that we did not ask housekeeping earlier to bring toilet paper to our room.. We asked if it was our fault that housekeeping did not do their job by not refilling the towels and toilet paper in the first place and he said yes.. I don't know if this man was the owner but I think it was incredibly rude how he did not even apologize for housekeeping not coming by and he blamed the situation on us..

On top of all of that.. The first room we entered smelled weird, the restrooms are tiny, the hotel room key is super heavy (it wasn't a card), and the breakfast that did not have a big variety was expensive. This hotel is not a 4-star, but at most 3-star hotel. It is also far away from the city center.
