I attended the free concert at 1 on Tuesday (April 3). A ticket was not needed, just arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the concert. The chairs in front of the orchestra are only available to those with difficulty walking so everyone was sitting on the stairs leading up to the balcony, in seats on the balcony behind the performer, or just about any open place. The performer played spanish music and was accompanied by a pianist. The concerts are different based upon whether or not a guest performer is present. The event is definitely not formal. Alsmost eveyone at the concert was in jeans, though no t-shirts. I'm not sure if cameras were allowed. I saw a few people occasionally taking photos.

Great place to spend a few hours, find out when the concerts are on and try to catch one, it is well worth it.
