great hotel with lovely staff and clean rooms. Breakfast time is good (open till 11) and also the check out is late (till 12pm) which was also very helpful. I would definitely book again, have no complaints or issues.

Really good hotel in a good, central location. The hotel was very busy but I never heard another guest the whole time I was there. Very clean. Very quiet. Rooms are compact but good. I had a twin room to myself. My friends shared and I would not have liked this as the beds were quite close together. I prefer space. Shower was great. Breakfast is included in price and was as comprehensive as you can get. Caters for all tastes. There is the ability to buy snacks etc. after hours. 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz Station and 2 minute walk from city sight seeing bus tour. There is a Hofbräuhau right next door which did great food and drink. The downside was the rubbish pillows. I used 2 but they were still too soft.

It was a wonderful experience for us. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionists welcomed us well. It worth the price that we paid. If we visit Berlin again we would prefer to stay this hotel again. The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was perfect and delicious. There were many different kinds of food.
