I have been to many stadiums across the UK and Europe and this for me, was the worst stadium tour experience of them all. The guided tour lasted roughly around 60-70 minutes and for being "one of the biggest clubs in the world" the experience didn't offer that same feeling.
The English tour guide didn't have the greatest English to start with so had to piece together information for some parts but seemed friendly and available to answer any questions about the club and stadium.
The tour took us to a mid point view of the pitch, another mid point view of the pitch, the home dressing room (there were barriers to prevent fans from getting any where near the lockers or seats which I've never witnessed on any stadium tour before - plus no shirts hanging up for fans to have photos took with their favourite players number), the tunnel (which was a dead end rather than actually walking out onto the pitch for a pitch side view - again, every other stadium tour I've done in the past had this opportunity).
Each area of the tour was rushed as the tour guide kept informing us that the next group were waiting to be in, it was all a bit of a let down.
For the museum you cannot re enter once you have been in. It took us around 1-2 hours to view everything inside.
