I highly appreciated the great hospitality, and the friendly atmosphere. What I liked more, is that the hotel staff are good informed about Munich, and that they did not forget any single detail. Every single issue is dealt with high professionalism, and according to the Guest satisfication and needs.
I really loved this hotel, and would recommend it for my parents when they visit Munich in summer.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay here in January. The service we experienced was faultless and the tips we received on using the Public transport was invaluable. The hotel even sells Public transport passes. Sebastian also booked us on a BMW factory tour after I enquired about it which was very interesting. Nothing was too much trouble. Beds were very comfortable to the extent I had problems getting up each day. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Be warned though they do get booked up quickly as word has obviously spread how good this hotel is. It is located a short 5 min walk away from RomanPlatz where you can take a tram into marienplatz in comfort. Breakfast was nice and good value at 8 euros.

Our family including two teenagers stayed here in January. We booked two rooms that were clean, fairly small & great value. It is definitely the charming & helpful staff led by Sebastian that makes this hotel stand out. The atmosphere was most welcoming. There were a couple of other families staying & there was room in the foyer to play cards. As others have mentioned the hotel is not central although a short (10 minute) public transport ride into the historic centre & a 10 minute, easy drive in our hire car from the central train station. Car parks are free & right next to the hotel. Sebastian has all the public transport tickets (day tickets etc) so rather than struggle at the vending machine on arrival - working out what is best for your party/length of stay/planned trips, you may want to just leave that until you get to the hotel. Sebastian kindly made us a couple of life saving expressos after a long day (& stored our luggage) just before we left to wrestle our way through rain & dark on the autobahn. His family also kindly did a bag of washing on that same day, even though we had actually technically checked out. It is these small kindnesses that are remembered & make travelling so much easier.

We stayed at the Laimer Hof just before Christmas and it was a wonderful beginning to our trip through Munich, Prague and Vienna! Sebastian and Alexandra were gracious hosts, assisting us with everything from city transportation passes, checking on restaurant times and train schedules, and advice on gift ideas :) Their entire staff made us feel at home and assisted us with our many questions. Really enjoyed being out of the city center :) Since my daughter had just finished study abroad, she had a huge duffle bag with her. We were not looking forward to traveling with that ! Sebastian kindly stored it for us, even meeting us at the hotel when it was still closed for their family vacation over Christmas, to let us pick it up when we returned. He and his staff truly treat you like family! We plan to stay there again if we are ever so lucky to travel in Europe again!!!

Room Tip: If you have any special requests, just email them before you travel. We actually had an extra perso...

After reading the reviews I had to stay here. It is a gorgeous small hotel with the most lovely husband and wife owners who will do anything to help you. It is located very close to the tram into the city centre and the s bahn which takes you everywhere. It is 5 minutes from the beautiful nymphenburg palace. It is not in the city centre and is in a suburb about 15 minutes out of the centre. Breakfast is €8 an is lovely and all you need. Plus there is an amazing French restaurant at the end of the street. The room is lovely with all the amenities you need and great wifi. I would definitely come
