Beautiful hotel with a very comfortable bed and a big soft pillow.
The people who work at the concierge are friendly and helpful.
Windows are nice and wooden. Beautiful, and they open vertically and horizontally, and when opening vertically, you can choose to open just a crack (rather than the whole way) which is nice.
The location is perfectly located in Marienplatz, very close to the Viktualienmarkt. The location couldn't get any more perfect. If you're here on a Friday or Saturday night, watch out for some noise, it can get loud, so if you like to keep windows open, keep that in mind.
My only complaint is that the shower was difficult to operate, and I was getting a lot of cold water, but perhaps it is my inexperience with German showers (though I didn't have that issue elsewhere and Munich was the last stop on my trip).
