So, the room at first glance was renovated and decent. Wierd that we only got twin size comforters for two double beds, but ok.... Didn't matter, since Thermostat does not work, room is way too hot, had to open the door every night... Front desk response, sorry nothing we can do. They only cleaned the room 2 of the first four nights, and by clean...I mean make the beds. They did NOT: 1) fill or replace any soap. 2) replace toilet paper. 3) remove any dirty dishes that we specifically left out for them to remove. 4) Supply new towels. We had to go to call the front desk for all this. The soap.. It's a soap on the wall, we complained, instead of changing it, they just gave us a new one, which I had to replace... However you need tools, so guess who cut their finger trying to replace.. See photos.. Reservation... Despite having our reservation confirmed months ago, with email proof, they still somehow increased the rate and changed the number of people in the rooms from 3 to 1... A two double bed room for 1 person, that makes sense, right? Here for one more night, great... We have spoke to front desk and asked to speak to manager multiple times with no luck.... Honestly don't know what else to do...
I see "management" actively replies on here, and we are still here, for another night... let's see if we get a response before we leave... Or if we'll get a "sorry" response after we check out and leave... Overall a terrible hotel experience in a great city. Really unfortunate.
