Adagio Muenchen City
Ranked #76 of 390 Hotels in Munich
Reviewed 31 May 2017

Located approximately 10 minutes' walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof and 15 minutes from central Munich and the Frauenkirche area of the city, the Adagio Aparthotel is practical accommodation for a modest budget. Other reviews allude to the surrounding area being a bit 'rough' and whilst admittedly not the most picturesque district of Munich - establishments oriented to the, how shall we say, 'night-time economy'(?) line the streets between the hotel and Hauptbahnhof - at no time was I overly concerned about security at the Adagio, with (to my knowledge) 24-hour desk clerk and key card access required for the elevators to rooms. Rooms on higher floors might offer a quieter stay and reassurance in terms of security (the room I was allocated had potential to be accessed through the window from a flat roof in the alley behind the hotel.

Rooms/apartments were basic yet comfortable and staff were helpful. On-site parking is available, although not immediately obvious on the approach to the hotel. Amenities of the apartment included a kitchenette area with cooking facilities and lounge space with sofa and dining table. All very cheap and cheerful, although the Wi-Fi was a bit hit-and-miss during my 2-night stay. And that's about it, really. "Practical" is the most fitting word I can use to summarise the Adagio Aparthotel, although if you're a backpacker, business traveller or a group of friends on a budget, 'practical' is probably all you need.

Stayed here for about 4 nights but did not really get a chance to checkout the serivce since i used to come in late and leave in the morning. Hotel is located in walking distance to Munich Central railway station hence the connectivity to other parts is absolutely fantastic. There are lots of eateries, stores and more hotels around this hotel since it is in the heart of the city. A couple of streets down the road also houses pick up joints and a small red light area.

The hotel is small and rooms are very compact. The room came with a kitchenette and some utensils, just in case one wished to use it. If you are a solo traveller and need a budget place where you can cook a few things, then this is good. everything else was efficient, functional and basic. There were not many toiletries provided in the room.

Had booked this hotel for my family of four. This place is very close to Munich Hauptbanhof and centrally located. However much to our disappointment the room provided was very small with hardly any space for four people to be comfortable. The rates of this place is by no means less and one expected more for the price paid. Otherwise the hotel is conveniently located with a Lidl store close by in case you wanted to eat in. My experience with Accor group has mostly been excellent but then I have mostly used the Novotel and Ibis brands

This is a budget hotel near the main train station but far from the center of Berlin. Since all shops and restaurants are closed on a Sunday, the train station kiosks are the only places you can buy food so you wont starve. The rooms are small and compact with a small kitchenette. Its functional and convenient but nothing to write home about.

it's an apartment hotel, situated 5 mins from the railway station which offers direct connection to the airport.
The hotel is within walking distance of city center with all the sightseeing and traditional restaurants.
There are restaurants, bars and coffees in the areas, next to the hotel.
We had 3 beds, 1 of them could be extended to double and a small kitchen equipped with all the usual equipment.
