Did lots of research using ViaMichelin.com and TA. Read all the great reviews and we had same experience. The warm and friendly owners made it clear from the start that they wanted us to have a comfortable great experience. We could choose and combine anything on menu, make substitutions, or whatever we want. It was a fascination space that was a mix of modern and historic. There are stone arch and brick architectural components from the 1600s tastefully integrated with modern creating many different dining spaces. Chef/owner explained menu and dishes when served. The food was amazing. The wine he helped us select was fabulous. The most comfortable and certainly one of the best Michelin Star restaurant visits I have had.
