Service very poor, food basic, drinks very expensive, no Bacardi, warm white wine (kept in the cupboard in the restaurant!). The food on the a la cartel menu was very good but not available within the package. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. We booked through Thomas Cook at over £1100 each - if the hotel had been advertised as a 3 star and cost around £700 it would have been more appropriate.

Expensive, but the food was cooked and presented nicely. The waiter was attentive and more than happy to accommodate our dietary requests.

After a 3.5 hour transfer we were pretty starving so we found the closes place to our hotel for lunch and this was it. It serves a nice selection of pizza and wines but it is expensive for what it is.

We called in here a couple of times for drinks. The bar area is very comfortable and welcoming, especially when the fire is lit. They had Mont Blanc weiss beer on draft, and a couple of local bottled beers, which we were keen to try. The prices were quite expensive, but did include a substantial plate of nibbles (if you are hungry, that makes it better value, but if you don't want the nibbles you don't get any discount!)

Nice staff ( but only two waiters)
The place is nicely decorated
An interesting formula at 40€
Great pizzas (45mn)
A great wine list with splendid Mondeuse (red wine from Savoie) and one of the best Bandol (south of France) in red and rosé: Terrebrune
