The front desk people were exceptionally nice people. Hotel is in a very nice location and its a very old style hotel. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but call the front desk and they will help you. Food is good

Hotel easy to locate near the world trade centre, with access to the city centre a short walk or tram ride. Car parking secure under ground. We booked an executive double room but somewhat disappointed to find it small, much smaller than we expected. The room was clean and the bathroom was adequate albeit we had tepid water for our showers. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very basic, we were charged 8 Euros per person which for some reason was half the advertised price which we felt it about right. If we had been charged the full amount of 16 Euros per person it would definitely not be worth it.

We chose an Executive Room, slightly more expensive but bigger, enough space for your luggage, two closets, small desk for your laptop, plugs for charging your electronic stuff, fridge, big windowless bathroom with tub and shower, toilet as well (no door), space for two people to get ready for the day or bed, TV, A/C. We asked for a room facing away from rue Pierre-Sémard and it was really quiet, no problem leaving the window open all night. WiFi reception was excellent. There is a public underground parking beneath the hotel (side-street entrance) but the access/exit command is a bit complex. The reception will explain if you ask. We read several reviews complaining about breakfast so we didn't go to the Brasserie that's part of the hotel. Reception staff was friendly. Location excellent if you need to be close to the Business School, otherwise quite a way from downtown.

Room Tip: quiet rooms on top floors facing away from rue Pierre-Sémard

Located next to the conference center is really the only thing good about this hotel.

The room size was TINY - even smaller than the smallest room I've stayed in in Tokyo! You only have three feet around the bed. In addition, you either have a place to open your suitcase or you have desk. Don't even think about getting out the stool or you won't be able to get past it.

The bathroom was small with glass doors at the perfect level to skin the top of your toes. The shower was forever cold.

The breakfast was not very good (a few lunch meats, some mass produced croissants, and few days they had some pre-manufactured omlets with sausage (but no sausage)) Really the only think hot was coffee and a boil-your-own egg.

They do have an internet but it is a bit slow.

We stayed here only one night during our europe tour. Its located next to the university so location wise its brilliant. And if you got a room facing the mountain its nice view too.

However the rooms are probably the size of a shoe box which is really bad. You can hardly drag you luggage around the room. We also had dinner at their restaurant that night but the food was only average. Brekky was okay but nothing fancy either. Very limited facilities in the gym and it closes at 9pm. Closet size business centre which was not ideal. This hotel is okay for singles but definitely not for couples especially if you came here to ski with lots of luggage.
