“Lovely flat, great central location”

Very pleasant and comfortable flat with everything you could need, and the location couldn't be better - a lovely old building right in the middle of historic centre, almost next to the cathedral and a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Loads of great places to eat and drink just a few paces from the door. Some French historic centres with bars & restaurants we've stayed in could be noisy at night (Annecy was the worst!) but we didn't experience that problem here. We came by car and knew from previous experience that central Nice can be bit of a parking nightmare, so mostly we left the car further out near a tram stop and continued into the centre that way, and that seemed to work out cheaper and easier.

“Fantastic location, lovely flat !”
Reviewed 4 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

My teenage son and myself had a very good time in Nice. The flat is very good, had everything you need for a holiday and is very well located within the Old Town with restaurants and your doorstep and the best ice creams in Nice just next door at Fenucchio's. I also recommend the baker's in Rue Droite (name Espuno) who makes very good cakes, breads, fougasses, etc. I would also recommend to climb Castle Hill from which you have beautiful views of Nice and a very refreshing waterfall on a hot summer's day ! We will definitely go again soon !

“Great location and very comfortable”
Reviewed 18 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We had a great stay in this apartment. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. My son felt very comfortable although it is hard for a child to change the environment he is used with. We were literally one step away from everything, the sea, the market, muséums, parcs, restaurants etc. The place was very clean and the welcome was very nice. We truly felt like home while beeing on a short break. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back soon!

“Stylish, Perfectly - & I do mean Perfectly - placed apartment in Nice. Wonderful!”

As stated above, my wife and I stayed here en route to Italy. What a lovely apartment from which to explore Nice. it is right in the heart of the picturesque old town which is 90%pedestrianized and full to brimming with bars, cafes, restaurants and shops selling art, crafts, clothes and fresh food. We had no problems finding places to go as this apartment seems slap bang in the middle of all of them. The apartment itself was roomy, clean and catered for all our needs. One criticism was that the bedside lights were a little dim for reading (I like to read at bedtimes). However, it's a minor quibble as we loved our stay here. Recommended!

“Fantastic location!!”

This is apartment is perfectly located right in the centre of the Old Town, moments away from Rue Rossetti and it's endless choice of ice creams, looking up to the first steps of Castle Hill, and literally a 3 or 4 minute stroll to the Promenade. The apartment is bright, airy, and so welcoming. The bed is amazing,, and if you like cooking the kitchen has got just about everything you need. However, if cooking isn't your thing then endless restaurants adorn the winding streets below. We loved the patisserie pretty much opposite and the lovely restaurant Palmyre just up the road on the left does amazing local food, but try and book ahead as it's ALWAYS full in the evenings. After walking for what seems like forever on our first day, including up the hill, the bath was a real treat. Would we stay again? Absolutely. A great find.
