Everything was exactly as pictured. Attractively decorated with loads of amenities. Comfortable and clean. Would stay again in a minute. Perfect for a romantic stay in Nice.
Located is a little bit south of city center but easily accessed if you like walking, as I did. Bus route is outside on the Promenade and/or bike rentals. The condo is also outfitted with scooters!
We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We were met by Luzminder who gave us a quick tour around the flat. Unfortunately she forgot to show us the fuse box in the cupboard as the cooker, hob and hot water were all off but we found it in the end!
The apartment has a fantastic view of the promenade but it is quite a walk (45 mins) from the old town or a bus ride away. There is now a fixed charge for taxis transporting visitors from the airport to Nice central of €35 so come on to the main road and get a bus for €1.50 instead!
The kitchen is very well equipped and plenty of towels, etc for washing and beach. The bed is definitely a double and not a king size (both descriptions are on the website) and that weekend the TV wasn't working but that wasn't too disastrous!
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Breakfast on the balcony was wonderful, listening to the sea with sunshine pouring in.
Lovely apartment with a superb view. We stayed for a weekend but wished we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be returning to Nice.

Another heavenly stay in the Promenade Des Anglais. Last year we stayed 5 nights and loved it so this year we returned for 7. And it was the best holiday ever. The apartment is equipped with everything from towels to beach mats, shampoo, shower gel, umbrellas. Really very thoughtful. This year we decided to go to Monaco, we got the bus to the station and a train straight away - 10 mins to the station - the bus stops right outside it - train about 15 mins to Monaco. There are now bus stops directly outside the apartment that are new. There is also a village on the way called VilleFranche which we noticed on the train so visited this area another day and was lovely - it's 2 stops from the train station. It has a clear blue still water sandy beach. However you have to buy a ticket to Monaco to get there but it's cheap enough and really quick. These are 2 visits that have to be made.
Weather was brill until the last day. We also went up Castle Hill - beautiful views of Nice - also a must do. We spent a lot of time in the old town and on the promenade. We decided to nip into Le Negresco for a drink and were amazed by how beautiful it is - however 2 days later we went to return and it's sadly now closed for outside visitors! There's a good tapas place far along near the old town called Balthazar - it's cheap and really lovely scenery. I think we will probably be returning next year - can't get enough!!
Ps there is an airport bus that gets you to and from the airport - this stops at the Raddison Blu 1 block away however there's another but that Gos and is cheaper and more frequent - look out for it at the info on the bus stop.
