This place is perfect for a family summer Southern France vacation. All papers of this hotel is brilliant. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Well appointed rooms. We had a few issues with towels etc, but all issues were sorted out professionally by the able team.

I must congratulate the GM of this hotel, he or she has done a tremendous job in training the staff, giving good leadership and keeping the hotel tidy.

Good food. Good wine. Good location. Good access to the beach. Most places are within walking distance. An UBER will cost anything between 8 to 12 euros for go anywhere within Antibes from here.

Highly recommend this hotel to families with children.

We stayed 3 nights at this great little hotel and the hosts, who speak perfect English, couldn't do enough for you from offering beach parasols and towels and giving recommendations on places to visits and restaurants. The rooms are small but very modern and well equipped and we had a nice view of the sea. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the train station, beach and bars and restaurants so very well positioned.Breakfast was lovely and very reasonably priced and taken on a lovely patio. Juan Les Pins is a busy town with plenty to do and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the tourist ferry. Looking forward to return soon.

We stayed for 7 nights total, 3 in late April 2018 and then came back in May for 3 more nights. This is a very special place from the moment you walk in. All hotels I've stayed in before always have a particular "hotel" smell or odor. This is the one exception to that, with natural scents of tea and flowers. The hotel is spotless, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are lovely with a beautiful view of the street and sea. Patricia and her daughter are warm and welcoming and work really hard to make the experience what is. We felt like we were home away from home. It's also a great base to explore the area and nearby towns of the French Riviera. But to tell you the truth, after leaving in late April and visiting other places, all we wanted to do was return to Eden Hotel and come back. So we did!

We stayed for five nights in early September and Patricia and Auerelie could not have been nicer or more helpful. They gave us lots of information on the busses and local restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We were very lucky to have a room which gave us a splendid view of the Med.

Breakfast on the terrace was a fantastic start to the day with fresh croissants and very crusty baguettes. A cooked breakfast is also served which we had on two mornings.

The room was very clean and the recently modernised bathroom was small but very functional.

The location was ideal as we could walk to the promenade, many restaurants, bus stops, the station and shops.

As we were going to be back late every evening we were given a key to the front door which we found very useful.

Highly recommendable and will stay again if we are in the area.

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view
