This friendly family hotel in the center of Hyeres, within a few blocks and easy walking distance of the old city and all amenities, has very reasonable rates for Canadians operating on a weak dollar. A nice breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, and owners who seem to really enjoy meeting and helping their clients make it a good choice in Hyeres.

The staff at the hotel made us feel incredibly welcome, recommending things to see in the town. They were very kind and accommodating - setting us up with beach towels, a cooler, and everything we needed to have a picnic on the beach in Porquerolles. Laurent is a great host and genuinely wanted us to have a great time in Hyeres, which we did. The hotel itself is located in a great place to explore the old city and an easy drive down to the beach. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of parking.

A charming and boutique style hotel, oozing with French charm. This family run hotel, who let us check in at 9:30 at night without any booking, were friendly, welcoming and everything you could want in a hotel. They made us feel like we were home from home and it would be the first place we would go back to when visiting Hyeres. Its clean, very central but is located on a quiet street with off street secure parking.

We stayed here during the annual festival of fashion and photography in April. It is in a good central location only a few minutes walk to the old town. The rooms themselves are pretty typical of a French 2 star hotel. However they were spotlessly clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower and everything worked. Breakfast consisted of fresh baguettes, croissants, fruit, cereal, yoghurt etc. Finally I have to say Lorenzo the owner/manager and all his staff were absolutely charming and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful during our stay. They all are really are such an asset to the business. We'll definitely be back.

Excellent, good value, family-run hotel located very near to the centre of Hyeres but very quiet. Simple but large en-suite rooms, very good breakfast, private and secure car park. Madame and Monsieur are most charming but the ace in the pack is Laurent who speaks excellent English and several other languages and is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he enriched our three night stay here, a real diamond. No matter what your particular interest is, either generally or specifically, seek Laurent's advice, you will be glad you did.
There are two "official" walks in the centre of Hyeres (the “old” and the “newer” themes) and both are worthwhile; route maps from the tourist office. There are lots of water activities at the beach and lots of parking but be aware that it fills early at weekends.
If you are touring, Hyeres is well worth at least three days especially if you decide to take the short ferry trip to spend a day on the Ile De Porquerolles and we would recommend cycling “around” the island rather than taking one of the walking routes. The ferry trip at 30 euros return is not cheap for the distance/time involved (but if you buy tickets through the hotel you will get a small reduction) and there are a number of cycle hire places within yards of the disembark point. There are plenty of eating options near the ferry quay but take water and a snack for the biking/walking part of your day.
There are a number of restaurants nearby and if you fancy a change from French cooking one evening we can recommend Le Moulin de Mykonos Greek restaurant in Ave. Gambetta. The food is delicious and is very reasonably priced.
