The location was great and minutes away from the port and other amenities. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with navigating the city and spoke English which was very useful for non-francophones. Breakfast was offered daily and the rooms were very clean.

Room Tip: The entire hotel was awesome. We traveled with a small baby so we used the bottom floor. It was dark and quiet for good sleep quality.

This small hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the city across from the railway station. It is only five minutes walk to the beach. The hotel feels modern and the interior decoration is tasteful. The rooms are nice and quiet due to good insulation. Our window faced the railway station and we were not disturbed by traffic etc. The service is friendly, rooms are clean and cool (AC) and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are not big but well equipped with fridge, bathroom, desk, hairdryer, free wifi, safe, wardrobe etc. Considering the price of the rooms (booked directly, not via any website), I think the hotel is a very good choice. I can clearly recommend it!

The hotel location is perfect in front of train station and all the services that you need include supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy.
The shopping area isn't far actually noting in Cannes is far and there's a parking not to far from the hotel if you are planing to rent a car
The room is ok not that small but comparing for the prices in Cannes it's convenient, the bed was comfortable, we didn't try the breakfast as they are a lot cafe around it.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they even helped us in reducing the cost of our trip by giving some suggestions about public transportation unfortunately I couldn't get the lady name that helped us but you might find her on your next trip working at the reception .

If you are looking for convenient hotel this is the one .

Staff at front desk nice, helpful. The description of this place is wrong. It says the rooms are sound proof (they are not) and that there is room service and a minibar - neither of these are provided. Stayed 3 nights and found the room to be nice enough, good size and balcony - the bath / shower however had no enclosure (curtain or door) to prevent water getting everywhere on the bathroom floor, and It wasn't a small amount of water either - a mini pool's worth in front of the hand basin! Dangerous!

Hello,
We thank you for your evaluation.
Ours rooms have double-glazing windows, so we consider they are sound proof. (You cannot hear any noise from outside while they're closed).
In our description, it's written that we have room service during limited hours, which is the case, we serve breakfasts in the rooms, we don't have a restaurant or a bar, so we cannot serve anything else.
Concerning the minibar, it's right, there is a mini-fridge in each room, not a minibar.
Your room was an attic room in which t's impossible to put any kind of curtain on the bath.
Anyway, we take good note of your comments and we'll do our best to try to improve our services.
Best regards
Elodie

Cannes is not the cheapest of places to stay and this hotel allows you to stay very close to all central areas at a reasonable price. There is no parking but a multi storey nearby is reasonable with the hotel's concession. Rooms are comfortable and facilities good. Wifi is good too - and free. I would certainly stay again.
