After booking this studio, the owner Jean Noel, was very friendly and communicative before our arrival. We were greeted by Emilie, who showed us around the studio and made sure had everything we needed.
The flat itself is in a fantastic location, in an alleyway to the east of the centre, close to a Carrefour City (very useful!) and is just a 5-10 minutes walk from the main square and Palais du Papes.
The kitchen was very well equipped, with a full ceramic-electric hob, brilliant fan oven, all the pots and pans you'd need and a Senseo Coffee Maker (with a few coffee pads supplied). We cooked most nights and it really gave us the feeling of actually living in Avignon.
The bathroom was well laid out and the shower was great. It's on the small side, but we had no problems with that whatsoever.
The main living space had a comfortable fold out bed with big pillows and a duvet provided. There was a fan provided which was essentially in the hot weather (36ºc!) and the windows provided plenty of draft to air the studio out.
I'd definitely recommend this studio, it has fantastic value for money for the location alone, but the fact that the studio itself is very liveable makes it an absolute steal! Make sure you book this studio if it is available!
