This is a very special apartment in a central part of town, with bakers, butchers, cafes and delis all a minute's walk away. And two fabulous art galleries just round the corner. The apartment is well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine a big plus if you are staying a bit longer. Outside terrace catches the sun all day, and is quiet and private. Some noise from students partying in nearby square at the week end, but if you close the street-side windows, all is quiet. Important to mention that there are 65 stairs (or possibly more-the numbers came out differently every time I counted) leading to the apartment, and this being a very old building, they are not always even, or particularly well lit in some of the communal areas. The fitting of a simple bannister would help. That being said, it is a great way to keep fit. Owners are most reliable and helpful.
