I stayed here for 5 Nights in the month of June for Official Purpose. Its a good hotel if you like to cook your own stuff. Its provided with Microwave and Induction with Utensils and situated very close to DIA% store where you can buy ur stuffs for cooking. Just 3 minutes walking from Aix bus stop and 5 minutes from the most attractive place of Aix i.e. Cours Mirabeu. The hotel is So So as there is no staff for house keeping and its done only once in a week. in case u want to get it done, u need to pay 12 EUR...

I stayed there for 4 nights. The building is also used for student accommodation but everything was quite quiet (it was mid June so I guess most students were gone). The bed was actually a sofa fold out bed. Hot nights (no air conditioning) made falling asleep difficult and leaving the window open is too noisy. Otherwise the hotel is very well situated within walking distance of many attractions and public transportation.

I regularly stay in Séjours & Affaires Mirabeau apartment hotel. The warm and friendly Séjours & Affaires Mirabeau apartment hotel has 4 floors, with a balcony. It offers furnished studio/one bed room apartments and free Wi-Fi internet access. It also offers small but fully-equipped kitchens, refrigerators, and microwave ovens. The rooms are also provides desks and phones and televisions with premium cable/satellite channels,. and televisions. The studios have fold-out sofa beds, and a house cleaning including the change of linen is provided once a week. Buffet breakfasts are available for a surcharge on week days.

It is very close to the prestigious Cours Mirabeau, Pavillon Noir, Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, the Rotonde and the casino, offering the ideal base for your stay in the Provence region The guests can have easy access of Mirabeau Avenue, along with many shopping opportunities and cafes. A wide range of services attract the guests for their long or short-term stay, including a bicycle storage area or internet access (included), or parking (for an additional charge)…

The location for this self-service no frills apart'hotel (the weekly "cleaning" is only an exchange of towels and bathmat, nothing else) is perfectly located couple of blocks from the Rotunde (and so walking distance from most major attractions and just about all bus routes), and the price was relatively reasonable for Aix-en-Provence in the "high season" (74.50 a night). I was staying in the smallest studio, which has only a pair of French doors going to the miniscule balcony. Because there is no air conditioning or cross breeze, even though the days were not unnaturally hot, the room was, and would not cool down until just before dawn. I would estimate that the room temperature was above 95 degrees for the afternoon and most of the night. This seemed to be a problem for my neighbors as well, who may have had bigger rooms. My studio faced Avenue Mirabeau and several student dorms/foyers on the street so the street was very, very noisy with loud students and a surprising amount of traffic except for between about 4:30 and 6:30 a.m., but I had to keep the windows open or suffocate. The fold-out bed, unlike Citadine beds, felt like the lowest-end fold-out (unstable, lumpy). No laundry facilities on the premises or even close by. Typical European cheap hotel corner shower, though this one is handheld-no bracket. Flat-screen TV gets a variety of international channels, including CNN and BBC-W.This is a very basic studio and probably would not be so uncomfortable were it not for the heat and noise. Since I was here doing research, the free wireless was a big plus. I think this is a great place for young night-owls who are used to dorm situations. Front desk staff were nice and helpful; one has rudimentary English.
