We ate in this restaurant twice during our 10-day trip to Saumur. Both times were most enjoyable. The menu was varied but not extensive - something for everyone, well cooked, seasoned and very good. The staff were friendly without being obtrusive. We were lucky with the weather and sitting out on a warm night in September in a square with a bottle of wine was one of the highlights of our trip to France. Would eat again here compared to l'Alchimist or les Tontons whose menus are VERY restricted.
