We thought this hotel was very clean and comfortable in all areas. Staff were very helpful and professional . It was in a very quiet location even though it was only a short, flat walk away from all amenities and public transport.

Room Tip: It would improve the room if there was a small coffee table, otherwise it was great.

super staff, good spacious comfortable apartment room. Gym confusingly doesn't open until 0900 so can't use before work. 5 mins walk from main street which is OK but means you need to book taxi's an hour in advance etc

Room Tip: bring own real coffee - there's equipment plus filter papers. just need coffee!

4 adults and baby fitted into the apartment with no issues. Breakfast was fine but not stunning. Good location for the main sights of the city. Parking under the block was very convenient. Easy access to station and airport bus.

Stayed 4 nights with 2 children, very good sized room with great kitchen and breakfast bar, toilet separate from the bathroom which is a bonus with children, staff were exceptional friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue, very good buffet breakfast, a small outdoor pool but ok for a quick dip, on site underground car park well worth booking as on street parking is very limited, main station and town centre are both within 5 min walk, some fantastic restaurants within 5 mins from the hotel, would recommend "Meet the Meat", "Le Regent" "Le Entrecote" along with others are all on Rue De Strasbourg, turn right out the hotel door up to the lights and turn left, less than 3 mins all very good, will without doubt return to Toulouse and stay at the Clement

Stayed for three nights en-route to staying with friends further south. Good apartment with sofa bed in the living room and door between it and bedroom. Good sized kitchen well enough equipped. Good storage and two TVs with French programmes. Great location - can walk into the town centre easily and range of the right shops around you - groceries, bakers etc.We made good use of the pool which is compact but fun. Surrounded by tall buildings so quite shaded especially in the morning. Staff friendly and they have parking at extra cost. Thought room good value and we have booked to repeat the experience again later this year. Breakfast is available at extra cost but the ease of buying fresh bread and pastries locally and coffee machine meant that we ate on our balcony very happily in the sunshine instead. Highly recommended mid-range hotel.
