We went for the 5 course menu which turned out to be 9 with 2 pre courses , sorbet and pre dessert as well. Every mouthful was sublime, each a work of art. In the UK it can cost 20 quid for a bowl of pasta you could make at home. This was 107 euros for the most wonderful culinary experience, expensive but beyond compare. If we had to pick fault, it was that the wine pairing was beautifully done but very carefully poured, more like a small half glass per course. We needed to be careful not to drink the glass in two gulps and be left without until the next course. So just be a little.more generous on the wine guys and then this would be truly faultless.
