Wonderful restaurant, just off the very busy and noisy La Via Domitia. Perfect for our meal as we had a 7 month old with us. Very chilled atmosphere, friendly staff (English, which saved our blushes from having to speak our beginners French - we do make the effort though!) We got some tips on the best beaches which we will visit tomorrow. The food was lovely. Big starters, the razor clams were fab - first time I've ever had them. My husband had the risotto which he really enjoyed. For main I had a fillet mignon of porc with spices, served with baby potatoes and carrots - very tasty. My husband had the moroccan lamb shank, really tender lamb falling off the bone. We had two glasses of good (house) red wine and to finish we shared the banoffee pie and I had a café latte - delicious. Would definitely recommend - if its open on Sun we may well be back again tomorrow!!

I can't stress enough how nice it is to have found a place that serves an actual breakfast!
My husband and I had the eggs benedict , pancakes & granola and it was absolutely scrumptious!
Lovely people, friendly service and in a nice calm area.
We'll definitely be back!

We came across this small restaurant while exploring the back streets of the old city. It's located on a pleasant street opposite a traditional Alimentation that looks like it has been there forever as does the owner.
Run by an English family with a French chef there was an interesting menu of French classics together with more modern fare which offers excellent value. Our mains of porc mignon aux epices and Thai curry gambas were both very good, and the creme brûlée with rhubarb was excellent. We drank the house rose which was 5€ for half a litre. The set menu at 9€ for two courses looked excellent value. French and English spoken fluently to make ordering easy.
Service was efficient yet friendly. We will be back soon! Highly recommended for lunch should you be in Narbonne.
