This was my first visit to Restaurant H and it did not start well - the friend who chose the wine managed to select 5 bottles in a row which were no longer available.
The sommelier was able to point us to good alternatives, however.
We chose the 7 course tsing menu which is very reasonable priced at €70.
We ended up being the last guests to leave and before doing so were joined by both the chef and sommelier at our table for a bottle of champagne to discuss their gastronomic experiences that led to the creation of Restaurant H.
Despite the bumpy start we ended up having an excellent dining experience with the added benefit of having met the chef.
