Description: The restaurant's refined decor is a faithful illustration of the Art Nouveau style, with its original mosaics and its crystal Saint-Louis chandeliers a truly Parisian institution located on the Place des Ternes. The head chef prepares a refined, traditional French cuisine using the freshest ingredients. An immensely popular restaurant with both Parisians and discerning tourists, who appreciate beautifully prepared food.

I've been to this restaurant a couple times, the most recent in February, always on business. The oysters are fantastic and very fresh. The food has always been great, but only ordered seafood. I would have given 5-stars, but it's a very large restaurant, near the opera and on a busy tourist street so the ambiance and noise level is not the best. The service has always been good and have never been disappointed with the wine recommendations.

It's a little overpriced based on the location, but would not prevent me from going there again. If you like oysters, definitely make this place a stop on your travels as they are reasonably priced.

Le Grand Cafe Capucine is the only late night option there. Stick to the the simple selections. Neither the service nor the food are memorable.

Lovely lunch ordering from the A la Carte menu and sat in a small booth. Our waitress was charming and understood my poor French. Quality of meal was excellent (steak Angus and chicken supreme). Wine list extensive but good value not to difficult to find. Will eat here again.
