We had seen this place highlighted on a TV show and couldn't wait to try it out. Thankfully we knew in advance about the long lines, as it can be quite intimidating to walk up to. They had one employee walking the line taking people's orders and payment up front (I think it could be cash only then?) and then you just had to wait for your food. The falafel was tasty and crispy, and the falafel sandwich was packed with so many delicious flavors. So worth it!
Only small gripe was the staff inside weren't very nice. We were sent inside to get our little cup of falafel as a side dish, and as I tried to stay out of the way while my fiancé waited, I was leaning up against a stool. Two staff people assumed this meant I was planning to eat inside, even though I had no food in my hands, and angrily told me I had to leave, only people who pay more money get to stay inside. The cook behind the counter did the scolding wag-his-finger thing at us.
