We stayed in the sensual studio for a long weekend, arriving Saturday night leaving Monday night. Check in was easy and friendly, receptionist showed us to our room at around 8pm in a lift that barely fits 2! The street has lots of Japanese and sushi about 5 mins walk from st germain or luxembourg. There is a great traditional French restaurant called Polidor across the street. Internet was fast and wifi worked. Bed comfy and spa downstairs is open for residents 10am - 2pm each day only (after that i think they charge as open to public)
breakfast avail by the hammam downstairs but we didn't have. Would love to go again.

The residence is well located in a quiet place near St Germain
The entry is worthy of a palace with its red carpet.
For those who wish to feel at home with full equiped kitchen and plenty of space, they have to come here!
The staff was very attentive and helpfull.
We can use the spa and hammam from 10 am till 2pm and that was not possible before.
My advice is go and see it yourself!

We stayed in a studio apt. Smallish but well decorated, decent bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. The building is very well kept. The usual tiny Parisian elevator , a lovely cour and a spa. The best is, of course, the location. Between Odéon, Blvd Saint Germain and Blvd Saint MIchel you could not wish for more. Full of wonderful restaurants at your door step and the Bon Marché at walking distance with its amazing food halls. Wifi working very well!

I stayed at the Residence du Prince Régent with my friends last month. We book the 4 room Duplex "La Perle". The appartment was just absolutely perfect, decorated with taste, very posh. We had way enough space for us all (there was 6 of us...), in fact the appartment is 110 square meters, bigger than most parisian appartments. We payed 400 euros/night for the Duplex, that is to say 65 euros/pers/night, cheap for such a quality! Plus there is a spa in the hotel that is just incredible, 7th heaven!!!
The staff is lovely, very professionnal, always caring for your wellness.

I'll definitely recommend this hotel to all of my friends, families that are looking for an appartment... Everyone!

We just stayed at this apartment hotel with our 2 teenage sons. We enjoyed the extra space and the ability to hang out together as most hotel rooms in Paris are quite small. We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bath “duplex”. The pictures on the web site are accurate. It was modern ,“Ikea” like, and well supplied. We would definitely stay here again. We did get a great internet deal as we stayed 6 nights, I'm not sure I'd be as impressed with it's value at full rates.

We really liked the location, on the left bank and close to most major tourist locations. You are just a walk away from the Luxembourg Gardens, Louvre, D’Orsay, Notre Dame, St. Chapel…… The Metro and RER stations are close by, we took the RER in from CDG with just a short 2 block walk to the apartment. (Note that we only travel with carry on luggage). There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and bars close by. The free internet was great and easy to use.

We could imagine that if this was a first time in Europe that there might be some surprises, which are what I have seen in the other reviews.
This is more like an apartment rather than a hotel. Think “Residence Inn” without the free breakfast.
Breakfast is very expensive but with a fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and oven making your own is easy to do and much cheaper.
The front desk staff is only present during the daytime.
There are 2 bathrooms, but only one toilet, which is in a different room.
There is a clothes washing machine, but no dryer.
The maid service is extra, although they do supply dishwasher soap as well as laundry detergent.
The elevator was your basic European elevator that can barely hold 2 people, (and was broke the first 2 days)
There is a little street noise, (but I haven’t been to a Parisian hotel without street noise, earplugs are good).
