Right beside the Palais Royal and la Comedie Française, this hotel caters to the best clientele. The service is first rate, the concierges are very competent, the decoration is original and the breakfast are above standard. The only problem is the size of the rooms and toilet that would improve anyone's stay if they were bigger

We spent a week in this fantastic boutique hotel. Located in the 1st Arr. in a quiet courtyard a couple of blocks from the Louvre and next to the Palais Royal gardens. It is close to all the sights making it easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the city. We were happy to have upgraded to the Deluxe room, it was very spacious, beautifully decorated, had a very comfortable bed and plenty of shelf space. Great bathroom with tub and shower. A small balcony opened to the small courtyard and although we were in the middle of the city there was no street noise. The service was impeccable, very friendly and attentive to our needs. Always helpful and going out of their way to help and make us feel comfortable. From making restaurant reservations, obtaining museum passes, helping with packaging gifts, etc... On one occasion we couldn't find a restaurant and walked back to the Hotel and the concierge - Anouck, actually walked us right to the door of the restaurant! We cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone was. Breakfast was outstanding, they have an ample and delicious selection of all types of foods. We had a wonderful experience and are already planning our return!!

We really liked this luxury hotel, tucked into a quiet street adjacent to the delightful Palais Royal. Our corner suite was cozy, meaning the rooms were small but beautifully appointed. We had a bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a tub and good counter space. The king bed was comfortable. We didn't use the Juliette balcony that wrapped around the suite but it afforded a nice view over the Palais Royal rooftops.
The lobby bar and casual restaurant had good food and drinks but the breakfast service and selection were even better. Room service was prompt and the choice of items good. The hotel's location provides a wide variety of nearby restaurants, and puts it in easy walking distance of the Seine, numerous museums (vey close to the Louvre) and other visitor sites.

Small clean hotel with friendly staff ins quiet area behind the Louvre. Rooms very small considering price. Poor internet in room. Small common area. Breakfast offers different western options but slow service; eggs are made to order and are delicious. Restaurant has limited menu. Overall too expensive for what you get; start at €475/night). It is difficult to understand how this hotel is on the top 20 in Paris.

Dear Tonino-foody,

Thank you very much for your review online ! Please accept our apologies on behalf of the entire team, indeed your overall experience did not meet your expectations, and the main reason seems to be a lack of high standard facilities for business trip. Since your last visit, a lot of improvements have been made, especially regarding our internet network and breakfast offer. I have no doubt that a future visit will be more enjoyable than this previous one.

When we arrived after a very long flight and taxi drive, we were greeted as friends. This was our first trip to Paris. It was a hot day in Paris and the front desk had ice water with lemon slices for us. After checking in we were escorted to our room and not allowed to carry our luggage. Our room was on the 4th floor with a balcony and queen bed as per our request. I must admit I am OCD about cleanliness and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless! The linens were superb and the bed quite comfortable. Our room was very quiet. The air conditioning worked flawlessly. The front desk and concierge as well as the breakfast room staff were polite, professional, friendly. And kind enough not to laugh at our attempts to speak French. The recommendations provided for lunch and dinners were spot on. After a long day doing tours and walking, it was so nice to come back to a room that had been cleaned and the bed turned down for us. If you're looking for an amazing hotel steps away from the Louvre and other major sites, look no further. This hotel is worth 10 stars!
