We loved our stay in Marc and Marie's apartment. It is in the most fantastic location in Paris in a quiet street of the Marais. My sister and I both loved it. Because of its location off a courtyard far from the street it is also extremely quiet. The cafe out front run by the owners really does have the best coffee in Paris and the boys working there were really lovely and helpful when it came to calling a taxi. We had great communication with Marie and we met Marc who was really lovely. The apartment like all Paris apartments is small but really is location, location, location.
Very good location, only few minutes to most popular places like Notre Damme or Louvre. Many restaurants and bars nearby. Owners are very helpful and friendly. The flat is on the ground floor, it's small but comfortable and has everything you'll need during the stay.
My girlfriend & I stayed here for 5 nights & it was brilliant. Our plane ran late, but Marc was great about it all. The Cafe is perfect for a morning coffee & croissant too! Plenty of shopping boutiques a couple of streets away, lovely little resraurants & easy to get around Paris from here. Thank you Marc & Marie!!
Nice apartment and location! A few blocks from Hotel de Ville, Place de la Republique, Pompidou and very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. Small kitchen with all equipment you may want in a short trip. Good shower (for Paris standard) but the bed could be better. Marc and Marie are very nice and helpful !

We took the train from CDG and got our apt key right out front at La Strada, Marie's coffee shop. Marie and Marc Labat are the owners. Marc has his store in front as well, and his offices upstairs. They are very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.
The apartment is modern and very attractive. The bed is comfortable and the shower pressure is great. There is a small kitchen with a stovetop, microwave and a fridge. We have had breakfast here every morning and a few midnight snacks.
The neighborhood is lively with good restaurants and fun shops. There is a supermarket around the corner that sells food and wine. Located in Le Marais, it is very nearby the Pompidou. It is very easy to get around by subway/metro. In Paris all the attractions are close by so you can walk all day or choose to ride a bike, taxi, bus or metro.
Pack comfortable shoes, an umbrella, and Rick Steve's Paris 2014.
