The best kind of breakfast are the ones which involve eggs. And Paris has a restaurant dedicated to the mighty Benedict. .

.
The variety of Benedicts and great choice accompaniments make Benedict the favourite breakfast and brunch spot for locals as well as travellers. .

Such a fun brunch spot! Having lived in NYC, it's a quintessential brunch eatery you would find in Brooklyn. The menu suites the needs of anyone nursing a hangover and the sky lights give it an outdoorsy vibe. I got the traditional Benedict, which was delicious, but very rich. The chicken caesar is one of the best I've had (ask for the dressing on the side!!) and the mozzarella sticks were the icing on the cake. The service was excellent, just make sure to go early to avoid a long wait!

The restaurant is very lively and was packed when we visited, we were a big group and had no reservation but they managed to get us seated comfortably. Every order was AMAZING especially those with eggs except for the foie gras burger which was really greasy.

Huge huge queue in this hype restaurant.
They told us a waiting time of 15min, we waited one hour and ten minutes.

Standing in a crowd like waiting for the army call.
The service after was quite fast honestly, and not bad, but spending more time in the queue that actually eating... Not really adviceable.
They don't take réservations.
