We decided to walk up to Sacre Coeur instead of taking the funicular and stopped by this cafe on the way up. The walk was steep and rough, so we had definitely worked up a nice appetite. I honestly can't quite remember what we ordered anymore, because it was the second day of an almost two week trip, but I do remember the food being rustic and quite good, very French. The owners---at least I think they were---were very nice, friendly and knew English well enough that our poor French was unnecessary. We chose to do the formule with an appetizer and entree and both of our choices were very good and a good value. The cafe is part of their charcuterie shop and just made the whole dining experience feel that much more unique.
