Something very bad happened to us during our stay, but if it hadn’t we could never have had the chance to meet such nice people who work in the hotel. Charles, the director, took himself all the responsabilities and gave us a real, factual hand to solve all the situations in a very quick and I would say “human” way. He’s a very smart person who loves his job and puts 100% of himself into it to cure all details. Same for the other hotel workers, who were able to turn our days into comfort, after the difficulties of the first moments (we’ve been robbed of our money and electronic devices). Rooms are clean, breakfast is very good. The area is quite safe.

My reservation was confirmed, the hotel confirmed the payment. But after a week I received the annulation of this booking. They did not return my money. Extremely bad communication with the hotel. This is not a reliable company anymore. Extremely bad situation prior 1 week to trip in Paris which is usually overbooked.
