Never been to Paris before do didn't know what to expect.

Thus hotel was perfect, perfect location for major attractions, Norte Dame is just round the corner. There are 2 metro stations nearby, you can also get the train from here as well and there is a bus route 2 minutes away.

Well back to the hotel, Andre greeted us was very welcoming and very knowledgeable, in fact all the staff were and there wasn't anything that was too much trouble for them.

The room is compact, plenty of room for a short break, we had a shower, other rooms also had a bath, p,us the sink and toilet. There was a desk with a kettle, tea and coffee, a mini bar if you wished to use it. A small wardrobe with a safe. It was cold in Paris but the room was kept very warm.

Word of warning, this is an eco hotel. So they do have a socket linked to the light switch, so when the main lights are switched off so are the plugs, but there are a couple of sockets that are not, so be warned if you have devices that need charging. Check them out.

Whilst we were there the lift were not in use, and as we were on the 3rd floor they gave us complimentary breakfast which was very reasonable. Have the coffee it's very nice.
I would definitely return to this hotel if I return to Paris.

We were a couple staying for 3 nights in Feb. Reception is 24hrs and is manned by very friendly and polite staff. Rooms are a decent size compared with the average Paris hotel room. The rooms were modern, nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, with coffee making facilities and a hair dryer in the bathroom. The hotel is located 5mins walk south of Notre Dame right in the centre of Paris. You have to leave your room key at reception when leaving the hotel which was different but not an issue. Worth noting that you pay a city tax when staying in any Paris hotel which comes to about €5 a night. All in all an excellent hotel.

The room was small but perfect for our needs. We had a bath and shower along with the usual toilet and sink. Tea making facilities and sufficient plug sockets to allow us to charge our devices. (Note - 1 socket is linked to the lamp switch and switches off if the light is off. Check this does not catch you out)
The hotel is perfectly located for all the major attractions and is close to two metro stations and less than a minutes walk to a major bus route.
The staff are extremely helpful.
The lift was not working so they gave us complimentary breakfast - which was very reasonable. We didn't have to ask for it either.
Breakfast was buffet style. Again it was reasonable and plenty of choice.
I will definately return here.

We booked this hotel as it was a good value 4-star in the Latin Quarter where we were staying on a city break. The hotel is situated in a good position just off the Boulevard St Germain, close to Notre Dame and near to St Michel RER/Metro stop and so on a direct route to Charles de Gaulle Airport - which is just a 10 euro ticket away. The reception and breakfast room were excellent - clean, modern and with friendly, English-speaking staff.

We were told the lift in the hotel had broken down that day (which may have been slightly untrue as the lift had a note of apology on it that had been up a couple of weeks!) - but the receptionist offered us free breakfast for our stay by way of compensation, which was a good deal! The breakfast room served a good buffet breakfast with all you could want to get the day started.

Our room was very small - the double bed was the width of the room bar a small gap on one side to get into the ensuite bathroom - the bathroom was excellent - and practically the same size as the bedroom! But we take the view that as long as it's clean, comfy and safe/secure, we are happy - we were not planning to spend too much time in it anyway! The room had a TV (with BBC - and numerous European and US channels), minibar with usual extortionate prices and a free bottle of Evian for guests, as well as a tea/coffee maker. There was an airy common lounge area in the basement of the hotel, just below reception, with an 'honesty bar'. We didn't use it but it looked pleasant.

We were able to leave our luggage all day at the hotel after checkout, returning in the evening to retrieve it before heading home - a bonus as it meant we could enjoy our last day in Paris without bag-dragging!

Recommend this hotel - it's not luxurious but it is 4-star quality - it felt safe, was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
