Great customer service, always willing to take the extra step to make sure all your needs are met. Friendly staff and very safe environment. The only thing I didn't like is not to be able to use the hair dryer in the washroom as I am used to this at home. But the staff advised it was due to safety especially when travelling with kids. I suggest having a vanity close to an electrical outlet within the room to make it easier to style ones hair.

The rooms are pricey but so worth it. I’ve been to a few hotels in Paris and to be honest this was the best one. The location, the service, and the facilities of the hotel were a 10/10 no doubt about it. Very elegant and comfortable hotel. Loved it.

The hotel and service were great, the breakfast was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. It has a great view of the Eiffel Tower and is within walking distance to a lot of different shops and cafes.

We have not long returned from our fabulous stay at the Shangri-La Paris. We arrived and we were greeted by friendly, efficient staff. We were showed to our wonderful terrace suite with views of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. This was a perfect place both in the day and in the evening to sit and enjoy the view. At night time the Eiffel Tower was all lit up and at certain times it flashes - it looks amazing.
We had read reviews commenting on the price and yes it isn’t cheap but what you get is a central location in paris with luxury. The pool area we used is beautifully finished and has a small outside terrace leading off, perfect for relaxation, this for us is a definite plus in the middle of a city.
Our breakfast each morning was delicious; berries, yogurt, homemade granola, an assortment of pastries & breads. We had room service one night for dinner and again it was served nicely and perfectly cooked - still hot. If you needed anything the staff would always try and accommodate without any fuss - amazing service. We can’t fault our 4 night stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a quick trip to Paris. The room had amazing views of the Eiffel tower and we could watch the light show in the evening from the balcony. Also has nice views of the river as well... Very Romantic. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable.
We arranged a 2 person packed breakfast for our day trip to Normandy. For Coffee, juice, some jam and baguettes, and a sandwich, it cost $450 US. They didn't say anything until checkout. Not awesome!
The restaurant was good, not great. Suggest going to an outside restaurant for meals. You will get better food and better prices.
